Will my natural lashes be harmed? The biggest myth is that lash extensions ruin your own lashes. They do not. If applied correctly and properly, they are safe and do not ruin the health of your natural lashes. If lashes are applied properly with isolation and to each individual lash, they won’t cause damage. When an inexperienced professional applies lashes, he or she often applies one synthetic lash to three to four natural lashes, causing clumps or the lash to break and fall out.

How do I best retain my eye lash extensions?Wait 48 hours before getting your lashes wet after a lash appt. Never brush lashes when they are wet Brush lashes often to prevent any dust from building up during the day Wash your lashes daily using our Bloom foaming cleanser

Why aren't my lashes lasting even with proper care?First ask the following questions: Are you following proper after care guidlines? Are you using a oil based cleaner? Do you wear eye makeup daily? Do you sleep on your face? Are you taking any medication? Do you have a hormonal imbalance? Do you rub your eyes? Do you have oily skin/hair? Do you swear alot? Are you on your period? The main factor in lash retention is proper after care, not brushing lashes daily or cleansing lashes daily can lead to lashes not retaining as long. If you are already doing that and still having issues remember that all of these factors can affect lash retention as well.

Why are my eyelash extensions itchy? In many instances, the irritation can be caused by dirt, oil, and debris that’s accumulated in the lashes and extensions. This can create an irritation effect, and could even lead to an infection without proper care. Sadly, this often occurs due to the wearer’s fear of getting the extensions wet. If you’ve been avoiding water for fear of ruining your extensions, stop. The fact is that you need to wash your lashes with a gentle cleanser to help keep them clean and free from irritation and infection-causing debris.
